The Office of Criminal Conflict & Civil Regional Counsel, First Region, is seeking a full-timeattorney in our 14th Circuit Marianna office to handle dependency and civil cases. The qualified applicant should have a minimum of three (3) years’ legal experience, preferably incivil dependency and termination of parental rights cases and must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
The Attorney will be required to represent clients in various types of court hearings, and multiple dockets in Holmes, Jackson, Calhoun and/or Washington counties. The position is a full-time State of Florida position with attendant state benefits with asalary range commensurate with the successful applicant's experience.
