Corporate MampA and Securities Mid-Level Associate

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in Tallahassee. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience focusing on M&A and private equity transactions, with a strong understanding of acquisition agreements and related documentation.

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must reside in the designated jurisdiction at or prior to the time of hire.
• Work in the office at least three business days per week.
• Education JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Certifications Licensed or ready to become licensed in the jurisdiction of the hiring office.
• Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  High degree of maturity and business sense.
  
  Familiarity with middle-market deal structures preferred.
