Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney in Tallahassee, FL, with at least six years of experience in real estate transactions, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of undeveloped land. The role involves representing homebuilders, master planned community developers, apartment developers, and other sophisticated real estate clients in residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial development projects.
Duties- Represent clients in residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial development projects.
- Advise clients through all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Handle real estate transactions with a focus on undeveloped land.
- Minimum of six years of experience in real estate transactions.
- Experience with acquisition and disposition of undeveloped land.
- Experience representing sophisticated real estate clients.
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Member of The Florida Bar.
- Strong understanding of the development lifecycle.
- Excellent client representation skills.
