This role centers primarily on civil litigation in Florida state courts. Applicants should have (or be willing to develop) courtroom experience or be comfortable handling court hearings. An active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and analysis on various cases
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Represent clients in court hearings and trials
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on case strategies

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in The Florida Bar
1-5+ years of experience as a Florida attorney

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
