Job Description

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

• You will oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• You will lead Inventory Control efforts and operational initiatives.
• You will work with donors to resolve concerns.
• You will analyze opportunities specific to non‑conforming events.
• You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• You will foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift; frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
• Fine‑motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens.

Location:

USA - FL - Tallahassee.

U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $21.60 - $29.70.

The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
