  • A 70-foot Sunreef sailing catamaran and Smuggler tender
  • A 50-foot racing catamaran
  • A 29-foot Mako centre console
  • Three jet skis and associated marine equipment

This role includes time at sea, with opportunities for extended travel both within Australia and internationally.

Your

Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Deckhand duties across all vessels, predominantly sailing
  • Performing thorough exterior washdowns across all vessels
  • Waxing exterior surfaces and polishing stainless‑steel fittings
  • Cleaning, treating, and maintaining teak decking surfaces
  • Washing, polishing, and maintaining all external glass
  • Conducting regular engine room cleaning
  • Flushing outboard motors and ensuring proper care of jet skis and tenders
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting auxiliary systems including:
Water purification units, Air conditioning, Satellite navigation, Generators and other electrical/mechanical systems
  • Keeping detailed maintenance logs and scheduling required services or trades
  • Coordinating and oversight of external trades for specialised repairs and servicing
  • Ensuring vessels are safe, operational and always ready for use
  • Assisting with vessel refits and yard maintenance work

This role requires a high level of care, precision, and accountability to ensure all vessels always remain in immaculate condition.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A self‑motivated individual who takes pride in their work
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Previous detailing experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A valid Boat Licence (desirable) and Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Experience on or around yachts, with a genuine love for the ocean
What You’ll Get in Return:
  • A permanent full‑time role (40 hrs per week) with a generous remuneration package
  • A professional and friendly working environment
  • The chance to work on a variety of impressive vessels
  • Unique sailing and boating experiences, both locally and abroad
