Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a condominium community. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance and repair experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to respond to maintenance requests while helping keep the property safe, clean, and in excellent condition. Responsibilities include performing general maintenance, repairs, and routine upkeep throughout the condominium property, completing basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs, troubleshooting maintenance issues and responding to resident and management requests in a timely manner, performing preventative maintenance on building equipment, common areas, and community facilities, assisting with maintaining hallways, lobbies, stairwells, recreational areas, and other common areas, replacing light bulbs, repairing doors and locks, patching walls, and addressing minor building issues, inspecting the property regularly to identify maintenance concerns and potential safety hazards, assisting with larger maintenance projects and coordinating with outside vendors when necessary, maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner, following established safety procedures and reporting major repairs or concerns to management, and providing professional and courteous service to residents, staff, and vendors.

Full-Time Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm Pay Rate: $25-$27 DOE. Please do not apply for this position if you live more than 30 minutes from the Palm Beach area.
