As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and appearance of our treatment facility. From refreshing floors and cleaning common areas to maintaining linen supplies, your work helps create a positive environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Located in Umatilla, Florida, The Recovery Village provides evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders and mental health conditions. Our mission is to deliver patient-centered care in an environment that empowers individuals on their path to recovery. Every team member contributes to that mission, and your attention to detail helps make our facility a place where people can focus on healing.

What you'll do:

• Clean assigned areas according to established schedules and facility standards.
• Scrub, strip, and refinish hard-surface floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets; and remove carpet spots as needed.
• Maintain clean, comfortable patient rooms and welcoming public spaces.
• Manage and distribute linen supplies and assist with room or area setups for special functions.
• Respond to spills and other immediate cleaning needs while following established safety and infection-control procedures.
• Keep housekeeping equipment, tools, and supplies clean and in good working condition.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or facility issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with team members, adapt to changing priorities, and help maintain a respectful, professional environment.

This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family.
