Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations in a fast-paced production facility. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting and repairing machinery, coordinating preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and leading a team of maintenance technicians.

Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities and technician schedules.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Maintain production and packaging equipment, including conveyors, motors, pumps, and PLCs.

• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

• Implement preventive maintenance programs and respond to equipment breakdowns.

• Manage maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and vendor service appointments.

• Train and support maintenance technicians.

• Partner with production leadership to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all PPE and safety requirements.

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production facility; packaging experience preferred.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with production machinery and preventive maintenance.

• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.

• Forklift certification is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods.

• Comfortable working around machinery and in varying temperatures.

• Available for occasional overtime, weekend work, and urgent maintenance needs outside regular hours.
