We are looking for an experienced manager to lead a small team in a geographically concentrated area within the Pensacola Beach area, FL. Your team will include a Property Manager and Property Inspectors. You will set clear daily goals and assignments and will be rewarded for your team's performance. We use industry‑best systems to plan, coordinate, and task‑manage. Company vehicles are provided for work purposes, and mileage is reimbursed if a company vehicle is not available.

• Manage team member schedules
• Manage vendor schedules
• Maintain high cleaning and maintenance standards
• Handle escalated issues with guests
• Create plans to keep properties in excellent shape
