What You’ll Be DoingAs an In-Field Manager, you'll work side‑by‑side with our Truck Team Members (TTMs), leading by example and creating a culture that reflects BUOY6's core values and 4‑H standard:

Key Responsibilities:
Field Leadership & CultureLead by example - be a working leader in the field at least 5 days per week.
Run high‑energy shift huddles to kickstart each day
Build a strong team culture through trust, accountability, and clear communication
Live and lead by our P.I.P.E. values:
People First, Integrity, Performance, Empowerment
Oversee daily route launches and shift closures
Support team setup, assignments, and smooth transitions
Reinforce key sales and service targets
Conduct safety and compliance audits (Whip Around), and submit end‑of‑day reports
Make bank deposits at least 3 times/week
Interview candidates and support hiring decisions
Lead onboarding, field training, and mentorship
Deliver conversion coaching, sales assessments, and in‑field evaluations
Support continuous learning via Axonify and on‑the‑job development
Identify and nurture future leaders
Stay aligned with the General Manager through weekly GS&R meetings
Communicate with Admin and People & Culture teams
Report safety issues, fleet concerns, and personnel updates
Help drive engagement with team contests, recognition, and events
Contribute ideas to improve field operations and team performance
Promote a growth mindset — always learning, always improving
1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
Proven ability to lead teams and hit sales/performance targets
Strong communication and coaching skills
Comfortable providing direct feedback and leading by example
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Valid driver’s license with a clean record (3+ years)
Your crews roll out energized, aligned, and clear on daily goals
TTMs respect your leadership — you're consistent, approachable, and results‑driven
You help new hires ramp up fast and build confidence
The territory runs efficiently, profitably, and with strong team morale
You embody the BUOY6 standard: performance, integrity, and culture in action
Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000
Compensation Breakdown:
- Base Salary + Tips (We average 3% in tips ~$7,200 annually)+2% of the monthly revenue you generate (Average Rev. is 20K ~$4,800 annually)+ Performance-based bonuses
- Incentives:
- Paid Time Off - 1 week (5 Business days) of paid time off, effective immediately
- Health/Vision/Dental after 60 days of employment
- 401K package
