Purpose of RoleThe HR Manager is a trusted advisor to the local business, translating regional strategy into locally relevant people outcomes. Working closely with the Regional HR Director (RHRD), this role ensures the effective execution of people initiatives that build capability, drive performance, and position the business for sustainable success. They will ensure people programs, including Talent Management, Performance Conversations, &E, and Reward and Engagement, are well understood and supported.
Working with local and regional business leader, this role will ensure delivery of people initiatives that enable and support a great culture in line with the business strategy.

Key Responsibilities- HR Service Delivery:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to stakeholders (leaders and employees) across all business areas. Guide and advise frontline managers in all aspects of team support. - Strategy:
Understand and translate local business needs and leverage data and networks to anticipate emerging trends, threats, and opportunities, gaining insights and accessing strategic options. Access and interpret people analytics to inform strategic people decisions. - Leadership:
Promote and role model the company values that will support an excellent culture. - Employee Engagement:
Develop a local engagement strategy through employee feedback to optimize employee engagement ensuring challenges are addressed and areas of excellence are recognized. - HR Service Delivery:
Ensure the delivery of a high-quality HR service to stakeholders (leaders and employees) across all business areas - Safety First:
Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Human Resources or Related Field
- Significant Experience providing Strategic HR support in a Matrixed Environment
- Ability to work at all levels of a Global organization, driving great people outcomes for the business.
- Experience in manufacturing, heavy industrial, warehousing, or related field is required.
- Experience supporting a business integration is preferred, but not required.
