Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager to lead $25M to $40M ground-up civic and education projects in the Sarasota/Manatee region.
Strong pipeline, real precon-to-closeout ownership, and a team-first culture with high retention.
On Offer- Up to $150K base salary
- 10-15% bonus
- Full benefits, 401(k), car allowance, and long-term stability
- Strong mid-size general contractor with a strong pipeline of projects
- Experience working for a general contractor
- 4-year degree (preferably construction management)
- Stable tenure pattern in employment (2+ years minimum with each firm)
