Earn $15.00 Per Hour
- Flexible and Full‑Time Schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm)

- Performance‑based bonuses available for Property Managers
- Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
- Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
- Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
- Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
- Transport or move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal clean and free of debris
Experience
:
Successful candidates come from customer‑service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation
: A valid driver’s license is required, and employees must use their own vehicle to travel between different work locations or conduct other work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement is available.
