You will be managing roadway projects and directing and developing internal staff while promoting the company's team experience and capabilities during project pursuits. You'll have a strong team of designers, engineers and senior project managers to support your projects and your career.
What You Need To BringIn addition the Qualifications below, we are looking for these soft-skills as well:
- The natural inclination to take initiative
- The desire and confidence to become a key contributor
- Solid communication skills
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or similar engineering degree
- PE License - Florida
- 2+ Years Post Registration experience with FDOT
- FDOT Highway Design Experience
- FDOT Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager Experience
