Salary: $95,000 - $155,000 per year | Miromar Lakes, FL | On-Site | Permanent
We are looking for a Project Manager for our Ft Myers office with experience in commercial projects for our small projects division. Experience should be on projects valued from $10 million to $150 million in both new construction and renovations. We are looking for individuals that are looking to grow with our company and have a seat at the table.

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of construction project management from planning to implementation.Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.Proven experience managing commercial projects, tenant improvements, and remodels.Excellent organizational, planning, and implementation skills.Exceptional leadership, team management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in project management software.Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.Solid understanding of the project management principles.Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.In-depth understanding of the construction industry and current market trends.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
