Senior RV Service Manager: Lead Team, Drive Excellence

About Us:

Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership dedicated to offering a wide selection of RVs, an excellent service department, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our teamto oversee our service department and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Overseeing all service operations, including scheduling, repair, and maintenance of RVs.
• Managing a team of service technicians and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records of all service activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and customer communications.
• Collaborating with the sales and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitoring service department performance metrics and generating reports for senior management.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• All other responsibilities as assigned.

• Proven experience as a service manager or in a similar managerial role within the automotive or RV industry.
• Strong knowledge of RV systems, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using service management software and computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or business education is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• RVIA/RVDA certifications - preferred
