• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes
• Manage and optimize resource allocation to meet operational demands
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Lead and motivate a team of operational staff to achieve company objectives
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and objectives
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
