Location: Primarily supporting affordable RPS assets in the greater Tampa Bay region.

Key QualificationsCandidates must have extensive experience managing multiple affordable and LIHTC properties in the Tampa Bay market, along with the following:
Demonstrated experience with Yardi affordable property management software. A proven track record leading ground-up developments, executing successful lease-up strategies, and driving portfolio growth through construction or redevelopment phases. A 4-year Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) is required. Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Property Manager, you will be at the helm of a dynamic portfolio, leading with vision and accountability:
- Champion property operations across the region, ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and best practices.
- Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence among Property Managers and site supervisors.
- Serve as a key communication bridge between field operations and the Corporate Office.
- Drive revenue performance by maximizing gross rent while minimizing vacancy and delinquency.
- Lead smart financial decisions by controlling expenditures and approving purchases strategically.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
- Develop and execute forward-thinking marketing strategies that keep properties competitive.
- Directly supervise, mentor, and develop all Property Managers within the assigned region.
- Uphold all supervisory responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws.
Education: A 4-year Bachelor's degree is required, along with extensive LIHTC experience.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of property management experience is required, with at least 3 years of hands‑on Yardi software experience. Prior experience with tax credit and affordable LIHTC communities is essential. Multi‑site management and lease‑up experience are strongly preferred.
Skills and CertificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, including Yardi, is expected. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented with exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills. A thorough knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and EEO regulations is required. We are looking for a self‑starter who can independently prioritize and execute across a large portfolio. Demonstrated strength in hiring, staff development, budgeting, marketing, and operations leadership is essential.
Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus. A valid Driver's License is required. LIHTC certification is required, and a CPM designation is preferred and highly valued.
