District Manager – Burger King

Join our team as a District Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a multi‑unit retail sales team across one of our many Florida territories.

• Lead Human Resources Management: provide leadership in employee relations, team building, people management, and effective communication at all levels.
• Manage Systems and Administration: maintain disciplined operating systems, training, accountability, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness standards.
• Drive Financial Performance: achieve controllable expenditure levels through training, budgets, P&L management, business reviews, and enforce safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
• Oversee 3–4 locations as a hands‑on manager, communicating regularly with store locations and corporate leadership.

• Previous experience in quick‑service restaurants, retail, customer service, or related fields.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• 2–5 years of previous multi‑unit experience (preferred).

Successful District Managers are operations experts who possess the leadership ability to keep the business moving forward, ensure standards are communicated and measured at each location, and lead by example. They are hands‑on managers overseeing 3–4 locations and effectively collaborate with corporate leadership.
