• Foster a guest-first culture, ensuring that every interaction is warm and efficient
• Guide and support Shift Managers and staff through training and coaching initiatives
• Empower your team by setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and leading by example
• Encourage open communication and collaboration across all shifts

• Help implement store strategies to boost sales, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive profitability
• Oversee inventory levels, vendor relations, and cash management
• Ensure promotional strategies are executed and that food service complies with standards, elevating the in-store experience
• Guarantee the store is clean, fully stocked, and adheres to Race Trac brand standards

• Conduct regular food quality audits and guide the team on food safety practices
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain organized documentation for audits or inspections

• Analyze store performance metrics and identify action steps for improvement
• Assist with team scheduling and staffing plans in collaboration with the General Manager
• Provide performance feedback and promote accountability within the team

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
• At least 1 year of management experience is preferred
• Excellent coaching, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in high-volume, guest-centered environments
• Ability to interpret and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales

• High School Diploma or GED, completed or in progress
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required
• Willingness to acquire and maintain food handler and alcohol service permits (if necessary)
