Seeking a Certified Project Manager III with Grants Specialization to manage and coordinate high-profile, enterprise-level initiatives supporting services for children and families

This is a senior-level project management role requiring extensive experience in grant-funded programs (business side), full lifecycle project management, executive communication, and cross-functional coordination. The selected contractor will operate with minimal supervision
, demonstrating strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
The primary focus of this role is to provide project management oversight and coordination for the Preschool Development Grant
, including budget tracking, grant deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.
- Provide full lifecycle project management for medium-to-high complexity, cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate grant‑funded programs, including:
- Oversight and tracking of budgets and grant deliverables.
- Coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor:
- Project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Charters, work plans, risk logs, and status reports.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare written reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
- Communicate project status clearly to leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
- Apply project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Support change management activities as required.
- Ensure initiatives align with organizational goals, grant requirements, and timelines.

- Project Management: 10+ years.
- Development of Project Artifacts (project plans, charters, schedules, status reports): 10+ years.
- Written and Verbal Communication: 7+ years.
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
- Preparing Written Reports: 7+ years.
- Preparing Executive Briefings: 5+ years.
- MS Project or equivalent project management tools: 5+ years.
- PMP Certification (ACTIVE and REQUIRED at time of submission) or equivalent recognized project management curriculum.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Experience supporting or overseeing grant-funded programs, particularly on the business side.
- Experience with Preschool Development Grants or similar programs.
- Experience working across multiple technologies and cross-functional enterprise teams.
- Prior experience in government or public‑sector environments.
