As we continue to scale our footprint and performance, we are seeking a high-impact North Florida District Manager to lead multiple dispensaries, develop talent, and drive revenue growth in one of our most strategically important regions.
This role will oversee the following locations:
Jacksonville – Edgewood | Jacksonville – Beach | Daytona Beach | Palatka | Gainesville | Marianna (with additional locations expected as we expand)

Position Overview:The North Florida District Manager is responsible for multi‑unit retail leadership
, ensuring each location:
- Meets or exceeds sales and labor targets
- Maintains strict regulatory compliance
- Delivers an exceptional patient experience
- Develops strong, accountable store leadership teams
- Executes company initiatives with consistency and urgency
This role requires a hands‑on operator who leads from the field, conducts weekly store visits, and partners cross‑functionally with marketing, inventory, compliance, HR, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership
- Oversee day‑to‑day performance of 6+ dispensaries within the district
- Drive operational consistency through SOP execution and store audits
- Ensure all locations remain fully compliant with state, local, and company regulations
- Partner with supply chain to maintain optimal inventory levels and in‑stock positions
- Monitor facilities, merchandising, and patient flow to optimize the retail experience
- Own district revenue, and labor % goals
- Analyze daily/weekly sales data to identify opportunities and implement action plans
- Execute promotional strategies in partnership with marketing and leadership
- Coach Store Managers on basket building, scheduling efficiency, and sales behaviors
- Conduct structured weekly store visits with performance scorecards and follow‑up plans
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Store Managers and Assistant Managers
- Build succession plans and leadership pipelines within the district
- Provide consistent coaching, performance management, and accountability
- Foster a compliance‑first, patient‑focused, team‑oriented culture
- Lead district meetings focused on training, KPIs, and best‑practice sharing
- Maintain expert knowledge of Florida cannabis regulations
- Conduct regular compliance audits and corrective action plans
- Partner with internal audit, legal, and regulatory teams as needed
- Ensure accurate reporting, record‑keeping, and inventory controls
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field experience
- Multi‑unit retail leadership (District/Regional level)
- High‑volume, KPI‑driven environment
- Experience in a highly regulated industry (cannabis, pharmacy, alcohol, healthcare, etc.)
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing leaders
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making
- Exceptional communication and coaching skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Calm, solutions‑oriented leadership under pressure
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Willingness to travel throughout North Florida weekly
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must pass all background and fingerprinting requirements
- Must remain compliant with all state and company regulations
