About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Signalling & Communications to lead the successful delivery of rail infrastructure projects across signalling and communications systems.
Based in Perth and reporting to the Rail Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for delivering complex rail projects safely, on time and within budget while meeting all quality, commercial and regulatory requirements.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement and construction phases, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and high-performance delivery outcomes in both brownfield and greenfield rail environments.
Responsibilities of the role- Lead delivery of signalling & communications projects to meet time, cost and quality targets
- Manage engineering, procurement and construction activities
- Drive financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and cost control
- Ensure strong safety, risk and compliance leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
- Lead and develop high-performing project teams
- Degree qualified (Engineering, Construction, or similar)
- 10+ years’ experience in rail project delivery (signalling/communications)
- Strong knowledge of rail systems lifecycle, safety standards and compliance
- Proven commercial, contract and stakeholder management capability
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in live rail environments
