Recycling Services of Florida is seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee operations at our recycling facility in Zellwood, Florida. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of environmental safety and effectively manage day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing production, and adhering to safety regulations.
Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years in a leadership position, ideally within the recycling industry. Bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred.
