Lead High-Level Commercial Projects at Steel City Electric
The Project Manager reports directly to the Owner / Managing Director and oversees:
- Commercial electrical construction projects
- Schedule and manpower planning
- Field crew supervision
- Job cost tracking and profitability
- Subcontractor and supplier coordination
- Change order management
- NEC and safety compliance
- Oversee commercial electrical construction projects
- Plan schedules and manage manpower
- Supervise field crews
- Track job costs and profitability
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage change orders
Ensure NEC and safety compliance
- 10+ years commercial electrical experience
- Strong NEC knowledge
- Advanced blueprint reading ability
- Proven leadership capability
- Budget and cost management experience
- Experience in Sarasota commercial projects preferred
