This role is best suited for an innovative, highly organized individual with a strong work ethic who is willing to work with their team in a hands-on capacity, while developing strategies that support the organization's growth goals and long-term branching strategy The successful candidate will serve as a resource and leader to teams across all 10 branches, ensuring operational efficiency, member satisfaction, and alignment with the credit union’s mission.

Champions First Credit Union is hiring an energetic individual to join their team as the Vice President of Operations. Working closely with the EVP/CFO, the VP of Operations will oversee member experience and the credit union’s branch network, including optimizing the functions of branch staff as the membership increasingly uses digital banking options.
