Post Harvest Supervisor

The Post Harvest Supervisor will lead our dry team and provide effective guidance. Responsibilities include supervising, managing, and motivating team members daily, serving as the primary contact, and ensuring smooth operations and collaboration.

• Suggest and organize team building activities
• Work hand‑in‑hand with the area manager
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Ability to direct and drive personnel toward maximum performance
• In‑depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time‑management skills
• Decision‑making skills
• Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
• Florida driver’s license or ability to obtain one
• Minimum age 21 years
• Compliance with all legal and company cannabis industry regulations
• Pass comprehensive background check

• Pushing, pulling, moving, or lifting at least 50 lbs to a height of 5 ft and moving that weight over 50 ft, with or without mechanical assistance
• Ability to work seated or standing for extended periods, manage body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, and performing tasks using hands/fingers
• Handling organic matter daily, wearing appropriate PPE (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection) and enduring exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions with PPE (95°F or higher)
• Visual acuity with/without aids to read at 20 ft in day and night conditions
• Verbal communication at conversation levels in moderate noise
