We are seeking a passionate, dynamic Campus Pastor / Director to lead the mission of reaching thousands for the cause of Christ and leading, mentoring and developing our missionary team staff.
The ideal candidate will be a God called, motivated missionary leader with exceptional communication skills and a heart to see revival in this generation.
The Realife Campus in Marianna is a very unique Christian Retreat setting. Most missionary employees live in campus housing and benefit from the all inclusive room and board arrangement. The campus setting is on a 100 acre Christian Retreat property that is situated on the banks of the Blue Springs reservoir. The setting here is like a modern day church of Acts.
This opportunity could include room and board with campus housing, utilities, chef prepared meals, child care and a daily golf cart commute to work! Indeed this will prove to be the ‘Dream Job’ for the right person / family!
- Oversee and lead the daily operations of a 100 acre Christian Retreat and Camp facility with 800 beds and a missionary staff of 40.
- Plan and coordinate Retreat and Camp events, outreach programs, and worship services that promote the Gospel and foster spiritual revival.
- Provide spiritual leadership through preaching, teaching and mentoring of our missionary staff and volunteers.
- Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations with sensitivity, professionalism, and wise biblical and spiritual judgment.
