We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to join our Ready Window Sales and Service Team. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the installation of windows and doors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This individual will supervise a team of installers, coordinate with vendors, and ensure quality standards are met.

• Oversee the installation of windows and doors at various job sites.
• Manage a team of installers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations on all job sites.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably in windows and doors installation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and clients.
