Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Oversee month-end close and financial reporting.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Improve financial processes and internal controls.

- Lead and develop the accounting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager experience.
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management.
- Must have home building experience
