Asplundh - - Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and assign daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a supervisor;
Conduct field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units;
Enforce safe work practices per OSHA and company policies; conduct safety training;
Discuss access, work scope, and property issues with property owners/customers; obtain permission to perform work;
Maintain accurate records and reports related to crew performance; monitor crew time and units completed;
Control crew costs and optimize use of personnel, methods, and equipment;
Provide reports on incidents, equipment, and workload to management and customers; coordinate with police or fire departments as needed
