• Program and adjust operational settings on injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues through programming.
• Perform complete machine setups and routine mold changes.
• Operate presses safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and diagnose defects.
• Maximize production output by ensuring machines are running consistently.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.

• Prior experience as an Injection Molding Machine Operator is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of safety requirements for machinery and equipment.
