It is very important that the individual can follow all safety rules and regulations. The position we are looking to fill is in our panel manufacturing plant. You will be working in a team environment, manually building fence panels and gates.

• High School diploma or GED
• Must have good mathematical skills.
• Be willing and able to work in all types of weather environments (cold, hot, rain)
• Must have an excellent attendance record
• Be able to communicate effectively (have a clear command of the English language).
• Be willing to learn and have the ambition to advance when opportunity arises.
• Be able to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for an extended period of time.
• Be a team player.
• Be flexible (Be willing and available to work overtime as needed).
• Be able to follow directions and understand when to ask questions.
• Must be able to identify problems and communicate issues effectively.
• Have the ability to learn the different lumber sizes, grades, and treatments.
• Must have the ability to identify the correct end tags required to pull for the production run.
• Be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
