Responsibilities:

• Perform precise hand soldering to assemble and repair electronic components
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Work with surface mount technology (SMT) components
• Use calipers, power tools, and other equipment for accurate measurements and cutting
• Apply mechanical skills to fabricate parts as needed
• Operate machinery for machining tasks as required
• Work with electrical systems, including logic controllers
• Ensure quality control standards are consistently met throughout the soldering process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of professional hand soldering experience (There's a in-person Hand Soldering Skills test you must pass)
• Proven experience in electronics assembly and component soldering
• Familiarity with calipers, power tools, and basic machining equipment
• Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) components
• Ability to accurately read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams
• Mechanical aptitude for fabricating parts when necessary
• Understanding of electrical systems, including logic controllers
