Production Workers

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in textile and bedding products, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Workers

Location: CHIPLEY, FL

Pay Range: $14 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday 6 a.m.

- 4 p.m., Friday as needed

What's the Job?

• Operate sewing machines with company-provided training
• Support the assembly of comforters and bedding products
• Pack finished products efficiently and accurately
• Stand for the entire shift to maintain productivity
• Lift up to 25 pounds as needed to assist in production tasks

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate machinery
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
• Attention to detail and quality standards
