Mint Cannabis is a leading cannabis company committed to providing a premium experience for all consumers. We are seeking a Reliability Technician to maintain our cultivation and production facilities.

Reliability Technician

Arcadia, FL | $15.00 - $16.00

What You’ll Do
  • Perform ongoing facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, and minor repairs.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and building systems.
  • Execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain and repair production equipment, tools, and appliances.
  • Coordinate and oversee outside contractors as needed.
  • Identify and report safety, maintenance, or operational risks promptly.
Sanitation & Compliance
  • Clean and sanitize cultivation and production areas, including floors, walls, workstations, and equipment.
  • Follow all GMP and sanitation SOPs to maintain product safety.
  • Safely mix, handle, and store cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Maintain cleaning logs, maintenance records, work orders, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and keep workplaces hazard‑free.
  • Adhere to all company PPE, hygiene, and safety standards.
Operational Support
  • Support production teams by maintaining safe, clean, and efficient work environments.
  • Maintain tools, equipment inventory, and accurate service documentation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, sanitation, or manufacturing environments.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in GMP or regulated production environments preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and pride in quality work.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures consistently.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in cultivation and production areas with plant material and strong odors.
  • Dependable, team‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
  • Must have majority of own tools and reliable transportation.
