What You Will Be Doing
- Support day‑to‑day production operations, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting.
- Start production jobs and move work to the appropriate machines based on established workflows.
- Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Identify damaged product and initiate reprints following defined procedures.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot standard production issues with clear resolution paths.
- Maintain documentation and basic reports related to production activity.
- Work within a structured environment with established schedules and processes.
- Communicate issues or delays to supervisors as needed.
- Support continuous improvement through consistent execution of processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment preferred.
- Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a structured and demanding production setting.
- Ability to follow established procedures while making minor adjustments when needed.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work under moderate supervision and handle moderately complex tasks independently.
