Maintenance Technician

Position:
Maintenance Technician (1st Shift, Palmdale, FL). Hourly pay $32.35–$41.90, paid weekly.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Maintain and repair production line equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging equipment, grinding and stacking machines.
• Assist in the installation of machinery and equipment.
• Perform light steel fabrication, cutting, and welding as required.
• Inspect, adjust, and calibrate equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Assist in identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions.
• Carry out other maintenance duties or assignments as needed.

• Prior relevant maintenance experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability for prolonged and repetitive motions, including standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, climbing, and reaching overhead.
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Teach‑able attitude with the capacity to learn on the job in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to read numbers, product descriptions, and maintain written records.
• Proficiency in basic math functions and operating control panels.
