Our firm is partnering with a top medical manufacturer to hire a reliable Packaging Associate. This is a hands-on, first-shift role preparing finished products for shipment. We need a dependable doer who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured manufacturing plant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pack manufactured parts and finished products safely into shipping containers.
- Inspect all items before packing to ensure they are clean, undamaged, and meet quality standards.
- Label packages correctly and document packed inventory for tracking purposes.
- Use a computer to enter packing data, update system logs, and verify order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation to keep production moving efficiently.
- Experience:
Background in packaging, shipping, or assembly within a manufacturing environment. - Computer
Skills:
Comfortable navigating basic software and entering data accurately. - Attention to Detail:
Strong focus on checking product quality and matching part numbers. - Traits:
Excellent communication skills, a consistent work history, and great reliability.
- Top local manufacturing facility with a clean, climate-controlled, safe environment.
- Consistent Monday through Friday first-shift schedule.
- Great temp-to-hire path with stable weekly hours.
