Location: Medley
The fork truck driver is responsible for the unloading and control of all incoming material from external suppliers, internal material transfers, or other inbound freight. They will be responsible for the material handling of raw materials and the movement of material throughout the facility including all storage areas, stockroom cages and production areas. Inventory control and accuracy are critical in this role.
TECHNICAL SKILLS OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
* Knowledge of warehouse work instructions, safety, and housekeeping procedures preferred.
* Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds and levels of management.
* Good math and writing skills are needed to complete paperwork associated with inventories, reporting shortages, or damaged material reports.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
* Must be able to bend, lift, squat, twist, stand and move repetitively for 8-12 hours a day.
* Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms
* Lifting, moving and transporting up to 70 pounds.
* Work in various adverse conditions such as temperature to complete work assignments
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
