Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electronics, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Line Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Line Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting assembly line teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

* + Supervise daily assembly line activities and ensure production schedules are met efficiently

+ Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a productive work environment

+ Collaborate across departments to resolve operational issues and improve workflow processes

+ Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety compliance

+ Apply lean principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in production processes

** What's Needed?*
* + Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment

+ Knowledge of assembly line processes and equipment operation

+ Forklift or warehouse equipment operation certification is a plus

+ Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams

+ Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
