Salt Works MFG is looking for a high-level Fabricator / Metal Shaper who lives and breathes custom automotive craftsmanship.

This is not production work. This is coach building, problem‑solving, design, fabrication, and execution at the highest level.

We build award-winning customs, hot rods, trucks, and one‑off vehicles using traditional craftsmanship mixed with modern technology including:

• TIG welding
• Metal shaping
• Metal forming
• CNC laser cutting
• 2D Cad layout
• Hand fabrication
• Full custom assembly

If you understand body lines, symmetry, proportions, gaps, and flow without needing someone to explain it to you — you may fit here.

• Strong fabrication and metal shaping ability
• Experience with TIG welding, sheet metal, and custom fabrication
• Ability to build clean, serviceable, high‑end work
• Understanding of vehicle construction and assembly
• Ability to work independently and with a team

• English wheel

• Aluminum fabrication

• Suspension and chassis fabrication
