Machine Operator​/Tire Recycling

Schedule:

Will train first week 7am- 330pm then transition to night shift 3am-330pm

Seeking a dependable and safety-focused Industrial Machine Operator. This role is responsible for operating tire recycling equipment, ensuring efficient production.

• Operate and monitor tire recycling machinery (shredders, conveyors, granulators, etc.)
• Ensure consistent material flow and meet daily production targets
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all safety procedures and enforce company policies
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment required
• Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues independently
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in tire recycling, scrap processing, or heavy equipment operation
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Ability tolift upto 50lbsor more as needed
• Comfortable working around heavy machinery, noise, dust, and outdoor conditions
