This is a full-time on-site role located in Ruskin, FL, for an Industrial Painter Foreman. In this role, you will oversee and manage industrial painting projects, including surface preparation, application of paint and coatings, and supervising a team of painters to ensure safe and efficient project execution. Responsibilities include maintaining quality control, ensuring proper use of materials, coordinating schedules, keeping job sites organized and compliant with safety standards, and providing regular updates to management.

You will work closely with team members and clients to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional workmanship.

• Industrial painting, coatings application, and surface preparation experience
• Team management and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of materials and products such as Sauereisen, Dudick, PPG, Sherwin-Williams, Carboline, and Tnemec
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Strong organizational abilities and detail orientation
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments
• Experience in concrete repair, waterproofing, sealants, or epoxy injection is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in industrial painting preferred
