A Snapshot of Your Day:
Will be reading X‑Ray plates. Image plates are received from the X‑Ray Shooter and processed; images are analyzed for flaws, defects, or abnormalities. X‑Ray readers retrieve component requirements from work order and special instructions for image requirements per component type. Personal Dosimetry Badges are used by every employee to ensure personal safety. The position will be at our Gibsonton, Florida location.

• Maintain the flow and quality of parts produced continuously performing improvement analysis.
• Set up tools and follow X‑Ray safety requirements.
• Perform operations according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Check and report any safety opportunities or near‑misses.
• Examine finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications, moving processed parts to the next area, and cross‑train as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing X‑ray machine operation or plate reading will be a plus.
• Ability to read engineering instructions.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.
• Position requires an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export‑controlled technology in accordance with U.S. export‑control law.
