Kering Eyewear is looking for a team leader for the production and logistics area. The role will be responsible for coordinating operational activities, ensuring the respect of quality standards, timelines, and efficiency objectives in the Visard production plant in Setteville (BL).
The selected resource will be in charge of:
- coordinating and supervising the activities of their team, ensuring the respect of production and shipment plans;
- organizing and optimizing operational flows, monitoring times, quality, and costs;
- managing production priorities in line with company needs;
- ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety regulations;
- monitoring team performance through KPIs and dedicated reporting;
- promoting continuous improvement of processes and operational modalities;
- collaborating with involved company functions;
- supporting the growth and development of team skills.
The candidate should have:
- ability to organize operational work and manage priorities in dynamic contexts;
- aptitude for problem solving and managing operational criticalities;
- good relational and leadership skills in people management;
- result orientation and respect for timelines;
- familiarity with IT tools and management systems (e.g., Excel);
- preferred: diploma;
- previous experience in the eyewear sector is preferred.
