Loader​/Unloader

Loader/Unloader – Pay: $25.75 per hour plus $1 per hour shift differential. Shift: 3rd Shift, 10:00PM to 06:30AM. Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

We are looking for a key member of the LandO’Lakes,Inc. manufacturing team to perform front‑line production processes, including operating machinery, handling raw materials, packaging final products, and supporting quality and safety standards.

• Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices of self and others.
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly.
• Multi‑task and keep up with production demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure all quality standards and SOPs are followed during production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Collaborate and follow instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments.

• Must be 18years or older.
• 1year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and respectfulness.

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience.
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience.

• Able to lift/carry up to 50pounds.
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.
• Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods, possibly in dust and chemical areas.
