Kering Eyewear is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for the Visard production plant in Setteville (BL). The role will be part of the Supply Chain team that follows purchases, planning, and logistics.

The selected candidate will:

  • Ensure the correct issuance and management of purchase orders through the information system;
  • Monitor order confirmations and follow up with suppliers for adherence to delivery schedules;
  • Maintain constant alignment with suppliers on delivery progress, dedicated stock, and work in progress (WIP);
  • Collaborate with Logistics for delivery planning and priority management;
  • Verify the correctness of shipping documentation and ensure system data updates;
  • Support the Quality Area in managing returns and reworks, ensuring traceability of information;
  • Monitor late materials, analyze causes, and activate corrective actions in collaboration with involved functions;
  • Analyze supplier performance (service levels and quality) and prepare structured and shared reports;
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement by proposing solutions for optimizing flows and systems.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or planning in production contexts;
  • Good ability to manage and monitor orders and material flows;
  • Familiarity with management systems and reporting tools (e.g., Excel);
  • Data analysis skills and problem-solving attitude;
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interface with suppliers and internal functions;
  • Precision, organization, and result orientation;
  • Experience in the eyewear sector or in structured manufacturing contexts is a plus;
  • Diploma or equivalent degree; specific training is a preferred requirement.

  • Collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) applied: CCNL for employees in companies that produce eyewear and related items;
  • Starting salary from 29K;
