Job Overview
Requirement/Must Have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4+ years of prior relevant experience or 2+ years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of prior related experience.
- J-Standard and IPC 610 certifications required.
- Soldering sample test required for the interview.
Responsibilities:
- Production floor – benchwork with appropriate PPE.
- Assembles, aligns, and tests systems, components, and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements.
Nice to Have:
- Production experience.
- Rework experience.
Skills:
- Soldering skills.
- Ability to use small hand tools.
- Torque tool experience.
Qualification And
Education:
- Good communication skills.
- Problem solving.
- Teamwork.
- Strong attention to detail.
